What happens on my first visit to a chiropractor?

The purpose of your first visit is determine if Chiropractic can help you. We only accept cases that we believe we can help.
On your first visit to Glasgow Chiropractic there will be some brief paper work to fill-out.

You will then have a consultation with the Dr where they will ask questions regarding your health history and any specific concerns that you may be experiencing.

A detailed Chiropractic examination will be performed by your Chiropractor, including posture analysis, spinal examination, neurological and orthopedic testing.
If x-rays are required they may also be taken on this visit.

Your examination results

Once the Dr of Chiropractic has reviewed your exam results they will be able to determine whether or not they may be able to help you from a chiropractic perspective. If the Dr feels they can accept your case then they will give their recommendations for your chiropractic care. This will include:

• How long will it take?
• How much will it cost?
• How often will you need to come?
• Is there anything I can do to help myself get better faster?

Everything you need to know about your care and Chiropractic will be fully explained and any questions answered before your care begins with your Glasgow Chiropractic Chiropractor.
After this it is up to you to decide how you want to proceed. Your health is in your hands.
